Our Return and Refund Policy is straightforward. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Eastwestinn, you may return it to our warehouse/factory for a full refund, excluding certain items/products.

Standard Size Items: Return the unused item within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund, excluding shipping costs, provided the item is returned in good condition without damage. Clearance items and Overtops can only be returned or exchanged; refunds are not available for these items. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Custom Tailored / Custom Designed Items: Items tailored to your measurements or custom designed using our Design Your Own (DYO) customizer are non-refundable. Once payment is made for these items, cancellations or refunds are not possible under any circumstances.

Accessories: Return the unused item in its original condition within 7 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the item is returned undamaged.

Attars & Undergarments: For hygiene reasons, Attars and undergarments are non-refundable once delivered.

Special Orders: Special Orders, once paid for, are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.

Delayed Orders & Damaged Items: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Please contact us regarding delayed orders for eligibility for a partial or full refund. If items are damaged upon receipt, please provide proof within 48 hours. We will replace damaged items that have not been tampered with.

Return Process:

  1. Email us at support@eastwestinn.com with the subject “Return – Order Number” (Example: Return – 2001234).
  2. Provide details of the return items.
  3. We will approve your refund and provide a quotation for return shipping costs via our courier partner.
  4. Choose pickup from our DHL account (we will email an AWB PDF for you to print and give to the courier; shipping costs will be deducted from the refund) or send the items via your own tracked shipping method with proof of delivery.
  5. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will process your refund.

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will initiate the refund process.
